Leaders in Motion Program

 4 Week Program

Format: In-Person

The academy provides a 4 week course designed to help you fulfill your leadership potential and deepen your leadership skills. Our coaches will guide you through your customized ThinkTank Blueprint. At the end of the course, you will have a plan for action and receive a WEC Leadership Academy Certificate.


Courses are scheduled as in-person but could change to virtual Zoom format due to COVID.

Course Modules

Module 1: Discovery | The Blueprint

  • We will dive into the Power of Purpose uncovering your why, what, and how at your current stage.
  • Course Assignment

Module 2: Transformational Leadership | The Journey vs the Destination

  • We will build your stamina by navigating through transition, adaptability, opposition, and resilience.
  • Course Assignment

Module 3: ThinkTank Collab | Creativity

  • We will unpack your creativity by understanding creativity and innovation.
  • We will identify your creative strengths then focus on breaking thought patterns and applying techniques to get unstuck.
  • Course Assignment

Module 4: ThinkTank Collab | Actionable Goal Setting

  • We will begin the development process by creating an actionable goal plan.
  • We will identify roadblocks and the power of building bridges.
  • Course Presentation

PROGRAM PRICING:
-$199 4 Week Program
-$249 4 Week Program + Two 1:1 Sessions*

Our 4 week program is valued at $400 and includes 4 one-hour sessions, Academy Blueprint (workbook) and light refreshments. If you can afford to pay more, please make your extra donation at check-out. Additional funds provided will be donated to help other men and women attend the academy.

*1:1 Sessions are for 20 minutes at the conclusion of the Module 1 and Module 4. There will be a 5-10 minute break before the 1:1 session begins.
